Bookings are only confirmed once date/time/location are agreed and payment has been received by We Fly Fish. Your fishing permits and We Fly Fish Pro(s) will then be reserved and will not be available to another client. We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can occur. If you are unable to make your booking please get in contact by email. We will then offer your booking time to other clients. If we are successful we will happily refund your payment or re-arrange your date, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee we will be able to do this. Refunds will be made to UK bank accounts only and are subject to a £20 administration fee.
If emergencies and unexpected situations mean that We Fly Fish have to cancel prior to the fishing day we will agree an alternative date with you, or provide a full refund. Bad weather, water conditions or fish catches are outside of the control of We Fly Fish and our Pros, and we will not provide refunds for these reasons. In the event of unforeseen circumstances preventing you meeting your Pro at the agreed time and location please text or email them to advise your arrival time. They will wait for one hour after the agreed meeting time and location, and if they do not hear from you the booking will be considered canceled after that. Our full fishing days include a 45 minute lunch break. You will be loaned suitable fishing equipment for your session with left hand wind reels. Reasonable losses of flies and tippet are included in the price. Loss or damage to rods, reels or other equipment will be subject to charges to replace them.
You will need to obtain a Rod Licence in your name in addition to the fishing permit that we will provide. There are several licences. You will need the ‘Trout and coarse’ option. These can be bought for a day (cost £6), month or annually, and must be obtained in advance from any Post Office or from the official EA website. https://www.gov.uk/fishing-licences/buy-a-fishing-licence
