Terms and conditions

Gift certificates and prepaid sessions cannot be refunded but may be transferred to another recipient. Recipient may book additional participants to join them please contact us for details and charges. If the recipient is under 18 years of age at the time of the fishing session a parent or guardian needs to be present throughout. We Fly Fish will agree the date, time and venue of the fly fishing session with the recipient of the gift certificate. Once agreed the permits and coach/guide will be reserved for that date. If you have to cancel for whatever reason you may not receive a refund, this will be at our sole discretion. If We Fly Fish have to cancel prior to the fishing day we will agree an alternative date or provide a full refund. Bad weather, water conditions or fish catches are outside of the control of We Fly Fish and our coach/guides, and we will not provide refunds for these reasons. In the event of unforeseen circumstances preventing you meeting your coach/guide at the agreed time and location please text or email them to advise your arrival time. They will wait for one hour after the agreed time and location and if they do not hear from you the booking will be considered canceled after that. Our fishing day from April to October is 8 hours long starting from the meeting time agreed between you and your coach/guide, and includes a 45 minute lunch break. From November to March day lengths are shorter and our fishing days start at 9am and finish at 5pm or dusk, whichever is earlier.You will need to obtain a Rod Licence in your name in addition to the fishing permit that we will provide. There are several licenses.
