Guided fly fishing is available 11 months of the year, and is suitable for fly fishers who already have some experience on stillwater. Rates are for one angler with a dedicated We Fly Fish Pro to guide and advise on tactics. Complete beginners are recommended to complete our introductory course before fishing on the chalk streams.

The Hampshire Avon is designated nationally as a Site of Special Scientific Interest due to the fabulous biodiversity it supports. This beautiful stretch of river, made famous by the late Frank Sawyer, is renowned for its fabulous brown trout and grayling fishing. Fly fishing techniques and flies used all around the world now were developed on this historic water. In addition to the wild brown trout stock, the River Avon is stocked with brown trout only, the majority of which are the original Avon browns.
